Development Assistant

DESCRIPTION: Assist Director of Development in implementing PHS’s annual fundraising plan, with focus on growing financial support from prospects and low to mid-level donors/members through annual appeals, cultivation materials, and targeted special events. Serve as support for Director of Development by providing prospect research, preparation of materials required for donor cultivation and solicitation, and assisting with creating strategies for prospect and donor engagement. Responsible for database management, including reporting, analysis, data integrity and security.

Administrative Assistant

Description: This position provides support to the Administration/Office Operations Department while performing the duties involved with general office upkeep and organization. These duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers and potential clients with requests. This person must be organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have great interpersonal skills. The Administrative Assistant will work with the entire company of Alura Business Solutions to ensure day-to-day operations of the office are running smoothly and assist when they are not.

IT Project Manager

Alura Solutions

Description: The primary responsibility of a Project Engineer is to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. The Project Engineer will be responsible developing a project plan that is delivered within the agreed tolerances of time/budget. The Project Engineer will continuously work in partnership with the Technical Project Manager and other members of Alura. He/she will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and providing the support team with clear and complete documentation on said customer’s network and other IT operations. The Project Engineer will also be required to participate in R&D tasks with the Technical Project Manager to further Alura services and internal infrastructure. Other Duties include performing Sales Engineering tasks for potential clients, meeting with new and existing clients, and basic vCIO functions.

The candidate we are seeking is someone who can think quickly on their feet, adept at working around traditional parameters to develop solutions for our technical problems. This person must be organized, have knowledge of Networking, Security, Microsoft Operating Systems, VMware, Active Directory/Group Policy and comfortable learning new technology skills as required. A track record demonstrating initiative and execution are vital characteristics for any candidate pursuing this role.
